Mountain biking covers a huge array of specialist skills. From riding high speed smooth tracks, to technical rock sections.

There are jumps, drops, rocks, roots, berms, off cambers, steeps, chutes and channels.
​
Line choice, unweighting, wheel lifts, hops, wheelies and endos all play a big part in improving the fun you have when out riding.
A training session will last around 3 hours and will cover one specific subject. Each group member will receive individual training on the subject, in an appropriate environment.
Training sessions are public sessions with a maximum of 6 people per session. Cost is £25 per person.
